About Via Dei Bodywork

Via Dei Bodywork is a holistic wellness practice operated by Ansie Nitegeka, based in Cape Town, South Africa. We offer therapeutic bodywork services including general massage, abdominal massage and spinal alignment.

Not a Medical Service

Our services are intended for general wellness, relaxation and holistic support. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disease.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Bodywork sessions are complementary in nature and are not a replacement for professional medical care.
• If you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, you should consult your healthcare provider before booking a session.
• Any information shared by the practitioner during a session is for general wellness guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
• You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing decisions.

Health Disclosure & Informed Consent

Before your session, you may be asked to share relevant health information. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities or medications that may be relevant to your treatment.

By attending a session, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant health information to the best of your knowledge.
• You consent to receiving the agreed bodywork treatment.
• You understand the nature of the service being provided.
• You may withdraw consent and end a session at any time.

Bookings & Appointments

Bookings are made via email at ansie.nitegeka@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 084 605 8317. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Ansie.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full session fee still applicable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for the following notice:

• 24 hours or more: Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
• No-shows: Failure to attend without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.

We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your session unless otherwise agreed in advance. Pricing is as communicated at the time of booking. Via Dei Bodywork reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Via Dei Bodywork and Ansie Nitegeka shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or adverse reaction arising from a session, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of the practitioner.

You attend sessions voluntarily and acknowledge that holistic bodywork, like any physical treatment, carries a degree of inherent risk. You accept responsibility for any risks associated with your participation.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared with Via Dei Bodywork is treated with strict confidentiality. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Professional Boundaries

Via Dei Bodywork is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and professional environment. Any behaviour that is inappropriate, disrespectful or makes the practitioner feel unsafe will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full session fee will remain payable in such circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Changes to These Terms

Via Dei Bodywork reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
